With references to a fascination for Japanese artistic traditions, Caroline Hardy seeks visual harmony with spiritual connections, shared visual terminology, and subjective responses that draw attention to the elegance of ordinary things.

Caroline received a BFA in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MA from Ohio State University and an MFA in Printmaking from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Caroline’s artwork has been exhibited in Berlin, Germany and at numerous galleries across the region. Works can be found in rare books and private collections to include the Vatican Museum in Rome, Italy, the home of General Anatoly Kuntsevich in Moscow, Russia, The Victoria and Albert Museum in London, Windsor Castle in England and the Brooklyn Museum of Art in NY.
