Learn more about Ray Johnson

The work in this exhibition focuses on the positive impact of male figures on young men. Ray states, “As an artist, I aspire to create art that is meaningful and emotional. My art engages representation of black beauty, strength and perseverance. Aimed not only to praise fathers, the exhibition also is a special way to honor the man who believed in me more than I could ever believe in myself. I want young people to see that there are positive role models right here in the communities they live in.”
