I am an artist hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, where rhythm, contradiction and color shape the language of my practice. I move fluidly between painting, sculpture, and pottery, allowing materials to guide the conversation as much as intention. My work serve as visual metaphors for the human experience. Each creation is imbued with a sense of introspection, inviting viewers to contemplate the intricacies of their own journey and seek to find universal truths that bind us all.
At times the impetus for my work begins in the tensions of politics and injustice, but it leans toward something more searching—an invitation to imagine balance, reconciliation, and shared humanity. Through bold forms and intentional color, I explore the spaces where discord and harmony meet, where fracture becomes possibility. Each piece is an offering of reflection, asking viewers to sit with complexity while holding open the quiet, radical hope for peace.
