Established in 2006, Norfolk Arts seeks to create a rich, diverse environment that reflects, celebrates & invites all to experience the arts. We strive to unite, energize, prompt dialogue, & inspire the unique character of Norfolk.

Unrivaled in the region, no other city in Virginia, & few of its size, offer the level of arts & cultural programming Norfolk enjoys.

Norfolk Arts manages the Offsite Gallery located on the 2nd floor of MacArthur Center, Suite #287. Exhibitions rotate every 6-8 weeks.

The Norfolk Arts Commission establishes evaluation criteria for funding grant requests, artist selections, & fair and open review processes.
