Established in 2006, Norfolk Arts seeks to create a rich, diverse environment that reflects, celebrates & invites all to experience the arts. We strive to unite, energize, prompt dialogue, & inspire the unique character of Norfolk.

No other city in Virginia, & few of its size, offer the level of arts & cultural programming Norfolk enjoys. The city’s support of the arts is
unrivaled in the region.
Offsite Gallery at MacArthur Center
Norfolk Arts manages the Offsite Gallery located on the 2nd floor of MacArthur Center, Suite #287. Exhibitions rotate every 6-8 weeks. Proposals will be accepted again mid-2023.
Norfolk Arts Commission
The Norfolk Arts Commission establishes evaluation criteria for funding grant requests, artist selections, & fair and open review processes.
