JAZZ GOT LOOSE Featured artist October 2026 The Gallery at the Attucks
“What does it mean to be endangered? To live as though there were no tomorrow? My work explores identity, memory, ancestry, and beauty of the Blackness and draws light on the adversity and resilience found within humanity. My work represents being Black is not a monolithic experience. It also represents how we exist, interact with, and impact environments throughout human experience.”

The Return is a postcard I created using photograph, digital, and hand painted elements. It reflects the Supreme Court ruling on Roe v Wade in June 2022, further revoking or removing rights of citizens.
