Crystal Warlitner worked with students of the Emerging Leaders program to complete “Elizabeth River Festival”, a mixed media collage for the Waterside parking garage. The final artwork was sealed with black, antique copper and varnish to create this 32’ long by 6’ tall festival mural conveying energy, excitement and community.
