Norfolk artist and sculptor, Larry Bage and students of the Emerging Leaders program 2008 created “Sign of the Times” for the Main Street parking garage. The project consists of over a dozen recreated signs of past Norfolk businesses. They worked with recycled material such as metal and wood. The artwork is installed on the down ramp helix. In 2012 Larry added more signs to fill the entire 9 floors.
