“I create paintings and mixed media works that invite people to pause and feel, whether it is joy, grief, anger, or peace. For me, art is a vessel for reflection, a way to hold space for emotions and experiences that are often overlooked in our fast paced world. My process is both intuitive and intentional. I begin with mood and memory, then shape imagery that connects to broader cultural and spiritual narratives.
I am inspired by personal growth, ancestral memory, and the events that mark our present moment. Each piece carries layers of symbolism, reflecting the complexity of the human experience. I want viewers to see themselves in my work, while also encountering something larger than themselves, Whether that is history, spirit, or shared humanity.
Ultimately, my art is about connection. Between past and present, individual and community, thought and emotion. I want my work to be a reminder of the beauty and necessity of reflection, and of the power of art to create spaces where we can feel, remember, and transform together.”
