Barbara Kobylinska and students of the Emerging Leaders program created “Flight of the Seagulls” for the Town Point parking garage. There are twelve colorful ceramic sculptures in all. The project was removed in 2017 due to garage renovations and hopefully will be re-installed at another location soon.
