Richard Ward created “Symbols of Peace” with students of Norfolk’s Earn and Learn Program during the summer of 2010 for the Commercial Place parking garage. Colorful mosaics and mirrors were inlaid in dryvit to create this bas-relief mural comprised of symbols of peace from cultures around the world.
