The City of Norfolk and the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Virginia have received an Asphalt Art Initiative grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies to create 3 asphalt art projects in the 3 Police Patrol Districts in Norfolk, VA.

Create Asphalt Art off of Little Creek Road near Wards Corner, Sept. 21-24. A dedication celebration is planned for Sept. 25, 2021.

Artists are required to carry a $1M Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy naming the City of Norfolk and partners as an additional insured. If you have questions about how to obtain this policy, contact anyone you are insured with. It is generally something you can purchase for only the time period that is needed.
