The City of Norfolk and the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Virginia have received an Asphalt Art Initiative grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies to create 3 asphalt art projects in the 3 Police Patrol Districts in Norfolk, VA.

Create Asphalt Art off of Little Creek Road near Wards Corner, Sept. 21-24. A dedication celebration is planned for Sept. 25, 2021.

Budget: $3,000

Artists are required to carry a $1M Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy naming the City of Norfolk and partners as an additional insured.
