The Norfolk Arts Commission FY 27 grant applications are open now. They are due Monday, April 13, 2026 at 4:59 PM.
Grant applications can be found on the Euna Solutions website (formerly eCivis). There are three applications open.
Organizations can apply for either General Operating Support or a Project Grant, plus an Arts Equity Grant, if applicable.
First time applicants must schedule a meeting with the arts manager. You can call 757-274-2819 or email debra.burrell@norfolk.gov to set up an individual meeting. It can be via Microsoft Teams, a telephone call, or in person at a mutually convenient location. Weekend and evening meetings are available.
