Norfolk Arts grantee, the d’Art Center is centrally located in Downtown Norfolk, VA in the NEON arts district. They support outreach to schools, communities, provide juried exhibitions, and host 26 resident and associate artists.They take applications year round for their Center’s artist wall and studio waitlist.

Their open calls to artists for exhibitions go onto CALLFORENTRY.ORG about a month and a half prior to the scheduled opening day of each exhibition.
