Norfolk Arts grantee, Mosaic Steel Orchestra invites you to join them at DePanyard at 220 E. 27th Street for a full day of local steel band + solo steelpan performances. Be sure to not miss headliner Steel Sensation of Queens, NY! A variety of local food & craft vendors will be present. Experience a steelpan petting zoo! Pan turners will also be onsite throughout the day. Be sure to bring a blanket or your lawn chairs for this steelpan celebration!
