The City of Norfolk has a new program for non-profits in hopes of broadening an inclusive and diverse field of nonprofit service providers, INCLUDING arts and cultural programs providers.

There will be a hybrid virtual and in-person public meeting on Thursday, Dec. 8, at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall regarding the City’s new Program for Improving Capacity and Capability (PICC) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement grants.
